The role

• Lead a team of installers and trainees carrying out modern air-to-water heat-pump projects at customer sites
• Work hands-on in installations on a regular basis and mentor new team members
• Ensure adherence to our processes and maintain consistently high installation quality and customer satisfaction
• Cooperate closely with the Regional Manager, planners and the Operations Excellence team to secure smooth workflows and continuously improve processes
• Work closely with the Aira Academy on selecting and training new employees

What you should bring

• Master or very experienced journeyman in HVAC/plumbing installation with focus on heating systems; prior heat-pump experience is ideal
• Up-to-date technical knowledge and proven customer-site installation experience
• Previous team-leadership experience with professional and personal recognition from your staff
• High commitment to customer satisfaction and always striving for the best result
• Comfortable in a modern, digital work environment and a real team player
