The Customer Project Execution department is responsible for the overall execution of the Wind Farm from delivery of components, BOP Electrical & Civil Works, Installation & Commissioning works and testing, up to handing over of the Wind Farm to the Customer.

Responsibilities

• As a member of the Project Execution team, responsible for driving project towards completed project.

• Provide support to Project Manager(s) and Site Construction Manager(s) and team. Address all project and site based administrative and transactional tasks.

• Comprehensive professional relationship with Project team, Site team and Client representative(s).

• Support Project Reporting requirement for Internal Management & Client(s).

• Timely project reporting of financial status and monthly project progress.

• Prepare payment claims and raise each claim according to the reported cashflow and in accordance with the contract requirements. System updating upon invoicing & receipt of payments.

• Vendor Invoice GRN, and payment processing within due date.

• Monitor the project budget to ensure all expenditures are within the allowance.

• Maintain Project builder WBS & Networks. Billing plan creation, milestone release for invoice & cash-in revision in SAP.

• Raise Purchase Requisitions and process Purchase Orders for supply of tools, spares, consumables & service, maintain component creation and installation for as-built, up to Project closure.

• Manage project release, ToR, classification of projects, handling spares, consumables, tools & stocks & project close.

• Manage NCR cost recoveries.

• Support visitors and new starters.

• Set-up vendors and negotiate rates with local subcontractors.

• Support translation if needed

Qualifications

• Graduated from reputable university with Bachelor's Degree - Electrical, Civil, Mechanical Engineering or other related fields.

• Fluent Japanese and English

• Internship experience at big companies is plus

Competencies

• High time-management skills.

• Strong team-player

• Good sense of ownership/responsibilities.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Great analytical ability.

• Well organized and planning oriented.

• SAP / ERP system knowledge and relevant experience is plus

• Upto 50% domestic travel + international travel in some occasions

Additional information

Primary work location: Tokyo HQ office. 5 days a week.
