Salary: Varies by federal state; minimum gross p. month:

• Year 1: €1,290
• Year 2: €1,420
• Year 3+: regular employee salary
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

4 IHK qualifications in 3 years

• 2-year apprenticeship as Retail Merchant (requires A-levels/Fachabi):
  • “Adventure Culture” theatre workshop
  • Practical experience on an organic farm or production site
  • In-depth knowledge of organic products and the Alnatura range
  • Classic sales tasks: merchandising, freshness checks, checkout, advice
  • Store management tasks: ordering, inventory, marketing, staff scheduling
• 1-year advanced training as Retail Specialist with early managerial responsibility
• Plus: certificate “Organic Food Retail” and trainer aptitude (AEVO) in year 3
