Retail Management Apprenticeship – Halle-Leipziger Str. (2026)

Denns BioMarkt is offering a three-year retail management apprenticeship. You will rotate through every store department – stock, cheese & bakery counter, bistro and back office – mastering product knowledge, customer advice, checkout operation, merchandising and promotions. From day one you take on real responsibility, ensuring smooth daily operations while championing organic, sustainable products.

Your responsibilities:

• Present and maintain our premium organic ranges
• Provide expert, friendly advice on natural and organic products
• Operate tills and reconcile cash
• Implement marketing materials and special-offer signage
• Order, check and correctly store incoming stock
• Help plan seasonal displays and sales campaigns

What you bring:

• Solid secondary-school certificate (Realschulabschluss or equivalent)
• Enjoy working with people and strong service mindset
• Polite, reliable and responsible
• Able to work well in a team
• Interest in organic food and sustainability
