Retail Management Apprentice (m/f/d) (Organic Market) – 2026, Hamburg-Frohmestraße

During your 3-year retail management apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will rotate through every department of our organic store – from product presentation, consulting and sales to ordering, warehousing and cashiering. You will learn to

• merchandise high-quality organic foods in an appealing way,
• advise customers competently and courteously,
• handle checkout and daily cash reconciliation,
• implement marketing campaigns and promotions,
• organise orders, receive, inspect and store goods,
• help plan and execute sales promotions and seasonal displays.

What you bring:

• good school-leaving certificate, ideally intermediate level
• enjoy dealing with people and excellent manners
• team spirit, commitment and a sense of responsibility
• genuine interest in organic and natural products
