Apprenticeship as Retail Sales Assistant (m/f/d) – Nuremberg-Allersberger Str. (2026)

During your three-year apprenticeship as a Retail Sales Assistant at Denns BioMarkt you will discover every area of our organic supermarket – from goods-in to customer advice. You take responsibility for presenting high-quality organic food, give expert advice on natural products, operate the checkout, manage orders and support marketing campaigns. Working closely with your team you ensure smooth operations across shelves, cheese and bakery counters, the bistro and the back office.

Your tasks:

• Attractively presenting our premium organic food
• Comprehensive, friendly customer service and advice
• Cash handling and till reconciliation
• Implementing promotional activities
• Organising ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• Supporting the planning and execution of sales promotions and seasonal displays

What we are looking for:

• Good academic performance, ideally intermediate school-leaving certificate
• Enjoy working with people
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong team spirit
• Commitment and sense of responsibility
• Interest in organic and natural products
