Wir suchen Auszubildende für die Werkfeuerwehr, die uns in unserer Mission unterstützen, zu einer grüneren Zukunft beizutragen. Mit deiner Ausbildung wirst du eine Schlüsselrolle unserer Werkfeuerwehr spielen und beim Aufbau einer der ersten groß angelegten europäischen Batteriefabriken beitragen. Die Rolle ist Teil unseres großartigen HSSE-Teams in Heide.

Über den Job

Als angehender Feuerwehrmann (m/w/d) in unserer sich entwickelnden Werkfeuerwehr sind deine obersten Prioritäten die Sicherheit und Gesundheit unserer Mitarbeitenden sowie der Schutz der Umwelt und unserer Anlagen. Du wirst aktiv zu unserer Sicherheitsarchitektur beitragen, die sowohl Gefahrenprävention als auch Gefahrenabwehr umfasst. Während eines 18-monatigen Ausbildungsprogramm, gemäß der LAPOVFeu-Schl.-H, wirst du zum Feuerwehrmann ausgebildet. Durch diese Ausbildung hast du die Möglichkeit, die erforderlichen Führerscheine, Qualifikationen bis zur Position eines Truppführers der Werkfeuerwehr, eine Sanitäterausbildung und weitere für die Rolle relevante Schulungen zu erwerben.

In dieser frühen Phase bieten wir die Möglichkeit zur persönlichen und beruflichen Weiterentwicklung und erwarten ein hohes Maß an Kreativität und Engagement.

Über das Team

Du wirst Teil unserer zukünftigen Werkfeuerwehr sein, die schrittweise auf etwa 52 Mitarbeiter anwachsen wird. Das Team wird sowohl vor Ort in Heide als auch an der Feuerwehrakademie stationiert sein, wo du von erfahrenen Feuerwehrleuten ausgebildet wirst. Sobald die Werkfeuerwehr einsatzbereit ist, wirst du im 24-Stunden-Schichtbetrieb (24/48) arbeiten.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns

• Teilnahme und erfolgreicher Abschluss des 18-monatigen Ausbildungsprogramms zum Feuerwehrmann.
• Ausführen von Aufgaben in den Bereichen Brandschutz, technische Hilfeleistung, Werksicherheit, Rettungsdienst sowie in speziellen Bereichen und Werkstätten der Werkfeuerwehr.
• Arbeit in der Notruf- und Serviceleitstelle.
• Regelmäßige Teilnahme an Betriebsübungen im Falle von Notfällen und Nutzung unserer Angebote für persönliche und berufliche Weiterbildung zur Erhaltung der körperlichen Fitness.

Damit begeisterst du uns

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem anerkannten Ausbildungsberuf.
• Besitz des Deutschen Schwimmabzeichens in Silber.
• Volle Feuerwehrdiensttauglichkeit (G 26.3) und ein hohes Maß an körperlicher Fitness.
• Führerschein der Klasse B.
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Hohe soziale Kompetenz, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit sowie die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 24-Stunden-Schichtbetrieb (24/48).
• Ein einwandfreies Führungszeugnis muss vorgelegt werden.

Pluspunkte gibt es für

• Mitgliedschaft in einer freiwilligen Feuerwehr.
• Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Führerschein der Klasse C oder CE.

We are looking for dedicated trainees of the fire brigade to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our excellent HSSE team based in Heide. By joining us, you will be a key player in establishing our site fire department and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.

About the job

As a trainee firefighter in our developing plant fire brigade, your top priorities will be ensuring the safety and health of our employees, as well as protecting the environment and our facilities. You will actively contribute to our safety architecture, which focuses on both hazard prevention and hazard defense. To support this, you will be trained as a fire officer through an 18-month training program in accordance with the LAPOVFeu-Schl.-H. Through this training, you will have the opportunity to acquire the necessary driving licenses, qualifications up to the position of a plant fire brigade squad leader, paramedic training, and additional training relevant to the role.

At this early stage, we offer the opportunity for personal and professional development and expect a high degree of creativity and commitment.

About the team

You will be part of our future plant fire brigade, which will gradually grow to operate with around 52 employees. The team will be based both on-site and at the fire academy, where you will be trained as an intern by experienced firefighters. Once the plant fire brigade is operational, you will work a 24-hour shift (24/48).

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Participate and successfully complete the 18-month training program to become a firefighter.
• In your future role, perform tasks related to fire protection, technical assistance, plant security, rescue services, as well as in specialized areas and workshops of the plant fire brigade.
• Work in the emergency call and service control center.
• Regularly take part in company drills in the event of an emergencies and take advantage of our offers for personal and professional training to maintain your physical fitness.

We believe that you have :

• Completed vocational training in a recognized training occupation.
• Possession of the German swimming badge in silver.
• Full qualification for fire service (G 26.3) and a high level of physical fitness.
• Class B driving license.
• Fluent German speaking and writing skills
• High social competence, flexibility, and resilience, as well as a willingness to work 24-hour shifts (24/48).
• A clear certificate of good conduct must be provided.

Bonus points for:

• Membership in a voluntary fire brigade.
• English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Class C or CE driving license
