Construction Manager HVAC (m/f/d) for Heat-Pump Projects – 1KOMMA5° Crafts – Düsseldorf

Your responsibilities

• Independent site management for heat-pump projects in the HVAC sector, focusing on single- and multi-family homes
• Organising and co-ordinating our subcontractors on site—from installation to final acceptance
• Ensuring projects are executed on time, on budget and to quality standards
• Monitoring and controlling construction workflows regionally and occasionally beyond
• Technical co-ordination with planning, sales and customers
• Recording construction progress and reporting back to the “engine room”

Your profile

• Completed HVAC vocational training with master craftsman certificate or equivalent qualification
• Several years’ experience as a site manager, ideally with heat pumps
• Strong organisational skills, assertiveness and a structured approach
• Proven record of co-ordinating external service providers
• Willingness to travel within the region, occasional nationwide assignments
• Class B driving licence
