Bonding Documentation Specialist (Goleniów)

Vestas is launching the new Blades Process-Engineering plant in Goleniów. In this centre of excellence we will develop, industrialise and scale the next generation of wind-turbine blades, setting new standards in manufacturing quality, safety and efficiency.

As a Bonding Documentation Specialist you will create, structure and maintain shop-floor documentation, ensure process stability and support continuous improvement initiatives across our serial production.

Responsibilities

• Create and update shop-floor work instructions, inspection documents and process sheets for bonding operations
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date and compliant with quality standards
• Gather feedback from production and translate it into improved, user-friendly documents
• Maintain PFMEA in cooperation with process engineers
• Apply structured problem-solving (5-Why, fishbone, Kaizen) to reduce scrap and rework
• Align with other documentation teams to secure common standards and best-practice sharing

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering (Bachelor level or equivalent)
• Approximately 10 years’ experience in manufacturing or technical documentation
• Fluent English; Polish language skills an advantage
• Hands-on experience with QDA systems, inspection-plan creation and control plans
• Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma and digital documentation platforms
• High attention to detail, strong communication and simplification skills
