Join our project execution team as a Digital Documentation Process Analyst and drive efficient documentation workflows for power-plant projects. You will collaborate with specialist departments to compile project documents in a structured way, ensure on-time customer delivery and optimise interfaces between sales, engineering and clients.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Prepare project-specific documents and release them to internal customers on schedule.
• Advise sales and engineering teams on product and project documentation.
• Coordinate open tasks with colleagues to maintain seamless workflows.
• Submit change proposals whenever deviations from the standard scope occur.
• Support the German technical editorial office with documentation requirements.
• Contribute to order management and new-equipment project handling.
• Carry out daily PDF and content-management tasks to streamline operations.

What You Bring

• University degree in mechanical or energy engineering, technical communication or comparable professional experience.
• Experience as a technical author/editor or in document control; familiarity with metadata and system integration (SAP) preferred.
• Knowledge of power-plant technology or turbomachinery advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 and first experiences in data analytics; SAP skills helpful.
• Strong team and communication skills, able to work independently in multicultural teams.
• Advanced English; German language skills are a plus.
• Comfortable with agile methods and self-organised teams.
• Structured working style, high self-initiative and willingness to question and improve continuously.
