Electrician / Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d) for Wind Turbines

Deutsche Windtechnik employs 2,300 experts and specializes in maintenance, repair and inspection of wind turbines. For our onshore site in Sustrum we are looking for an Electrician / Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d).

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as electrician, mechatronics technician or comparable
• Experience in wind energy beneficial – career changers welcome
• Solid knowledge of control, hydraulic and power electronics
• No fear of heights, physically fit for work at height
• German skills at least level B2
• Reliability, independence and team spirit
• Driving licence class B and willingness to travel

Your tasks

• Maintenance and servicing of wind turbines
• Fault diagnosis and repair – electrical, mechanical, hydraulic
• Component replacement and professional repair
• Thorough documentation of all work
• Close cooperation with your team and dispatcher
• Paid on-call duties to keep turbines running 24/7
