A snapshot of your day

Reporting to the CFO Digital Grid, you lead the FIN team across the region, ensure smooth commercial operations, accurate financials and full transparency on key business drivers. As trusted partner of the regional head you drive the DG growth strategy and continuously optimize processes.

How you’ll make an impact

• Implement lean processes aligned to Digital Grid’s growth stage
• Co-define and execute the regional go-to-market strategy and ensure operational excellence
• Build an efficient finance & controlling setup in the region, optimizing value streams and business models
• Work closely with the global DG team to shape must-win projects and provide sound decision-making frameworks
• Own regional budget, forecast, reporting and controlling processes
• Guarantee integrity of books and records, effective risk management and an adequate internal control system
• Foster cross-segment and cross-country collaboration to achieve joint DG targets

What you bring

• Strong understanding of financial performance drivers and reporting requirements
• Long-standing operational finance experience in an international group; experience in financial controlling, Siemens Energy systems and project management preferred
• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and presentation skills
• Proven leadership experience and ability to work in intercultural teams
