ABOUT THE TEAM
The Commerce team owns the core platform connecting customers, partners and operators. Scope: mobile ordering apps, merchant tools, fulfillment & picking systems, partner integrations and support tools. The platform shapes customer trust, partner success and operational efficiency.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Define vision, strategy and roadmap for B2C & B2B commerce
• Lead and grow multiple engineering teams, developing strong leaders
• Architect scalable mobile apps, back-ends, integrations and fulfillment workflows
• Integrate AI-driven features to accelerate velocity and user experience
• Enable 10× growth in users, partners and transaction volume
• Uphold quality, security and performance standards

WHAT YOU BRING
• Proven senior leadership in complex, customer-facing software environments
• Track record owning product vision and roadmap, preferably in e-commerce or food delivery
• Solid expertise in distributed systems and mobile (React Native, Python, Go, Kafka, AWS or similar)
• Strategic use of AI to scale engineering & customer features
• Strong decision-making, clear communication and high performance standards

COMPENSATION
USD 200,000 – 250,000 base salary plus equity, bonus and benefits. Location: San Francisco, CA.
