Your tasks

• On-site training of installation teams – focus on AC-light processes
• Technical onboarding of new crews, ensuring compliance with standards
• Develop digital training content with 1K5° Craft Academy (step-by-step guides, videos)
• Quality checks on site, give feedback and document progress & improvement potential

Your profile

• Vocational training in electrical engineering (e.g. electrician, electronics technician)
• Hands-on PV installation experience, preferably AC skills
• Didactic talent and passion for knowledge transfer
• Class B driver’s licence and willingness to travel (up to 4 weeks/month nationwide)
• Structured, self-reliant working style and strong communication
