Power Solutions & Vestas Quality > VPS Region NCE > Product Integrity NCE VPS Region NCE represents the corporate product & technology organization Vestas Power Solutions (VPS) in the 6+ GW p.a. regional business unit Northern & Central Europe (NCE), including about 30 countries with installed capacity across the spectrum of Sustainable Energy Solutions with On- & Offshore wind at the core. Our main responsibilities center around technical contracting, technical value engineering, customization, and execution as well as product integrity and regional product market requirement management. The Product Integrity team represents the VPS interface to regional organization and external stakeholders on topics of Product Integrity including safety, quality, and reliability. It serves as a primary point of contact with internal stakeholders and governance as well as external stakeholders including customers, authorities, and independent engineers. We are looking for candidates for Product Integrity Specialist position located in Aarhus (DK) or Hamburg (DE)

Responsibilities

  • Communicate and promote internally on key Continuous Improvement Management (CIM) cases including coordination of regional inputs and expectations
  • Communicate externally to customers, independent engineers and authorities on key CIM cases as well as product compliance cases; participate in negotiations and deliver relevant documentation
  • Sign off and provide inputs on technical customer communication (CIS /TCC) and define scope of third party interaction (e.g. DNV verification and approvals)
  • Prepare regular briefings within region on operational status of CIM cases

Qualifications

  • M.Sc. in a relevant field of engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience within product development, safety, quality, or similar roles
  • Fluent in written and verbal English
  • Good knowledge of German will be counted as advantage
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Presentation skills
