Global Service Supply Chain > One Tool Unit > Tools Region EMEA

In Global Tools we are responsible for the usage, delivery and support on tools for our turbines around the world. You will be part of a sub-department that gives technical support to the sites and projects located in the EMEA region (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) as well as, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.  

You will be part of a large team consisting of many different profiles ranging from procurement, to warehouse, production, Field Support and repair shop, to logistics as well as technical engineering. The team is international, since we in our region alone are placed at four locations: In Videbæk (Denmark), in Husum, Mutzschen (Germany), Zaragoza (Spain), and Seaham (England).

Responsibilities As an SAP Supporter, you will be responsible for implementing your own optimization projects as well as providing end-user support on existing processes and workflows. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Create and follow up on IT tickets related to incidents and system changes
  • Create SAP instructions and training material
  • Perform end-user support on existing processes and workflows
  • Ensuring you work and act according to Vestas safety rules & guidelines
  • As a project member: Define, scope, test and implement optimization projects within Vestas Tools area
  • Create process flow charges

Qualifications

  • 3 years of working experience within a logistic/warehouse role
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) at super user level
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems at super user level
  • Knowledge according to Lean principles
  • Fluent English is required and ability to speak Danish
