(Senior) Energy Operations Manager (f/m/d)

1KOMMA5° is building Europe’s largest one-stop shop for renewable energy, enabling every household to live, heat and drive climate-neutrally. To strengthen our Energy Operations team – preferably in Berlin – we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible.

As Energy Operations Manager (f/m/d) you will organise the smart-meter rollout at our German sites and implement processes for our dynamic electricity tariff.

Your responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and control the smart-meter rollout together with all sites
• Further develop and optimise processes for our dynamic electricity tariff
• Create reports and analyses and derive concrete actions
• Build data-driven solutions for process automation
• Handle energy-market processes via market communication
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and technical standards
• Monitor project progress and derive optimisations
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare information for customer service

Your profile

• Completed degree or comparable qualification, ideally in energy economics, business studies or commercial training
• Several years of experience in the energy sector
• Solid knowledge of project management and process optimisation
• Analytical, structured working style and technical understanding
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex matters simply
• Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new software; experience with CRM and analytics tools is a plus
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken
