As (Senior) Full-Stack Software Engineer – Payments you architect the financial engines that move billions into climate tech. You make buying solar systems, batteries and heat pumps as friction-less as ordering a book – secure, compliant and delightful.

Your mission

Own the entire payment lifecycle: checkout, billing, dunning, refunds, subscriptions
Design and implement scalable, PCI-compliant services (NestJS, TypeScript, Postgres) and fast, accessible frontends (React/Next.js)
Integrate and orchestrate payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, SEPA, open-banking) and automate reconciliation & accounting
Drive test-driven development, CI/CD and observability (Datadog)
Reduce technical debt, document architectural decisions and level-up developer experience
Ship autonomously in async, outcome-oriented teams with clear milestones

What you bring

4+ years of full-stack experience with TypeScript and modern frameworks
Solid payment domain knowledge (PCI-DSS, PSD2, tokenisation, webhooks)
Pragmatic, product-focused mindset balancing speed, security and scale
Residency in Germany and fluent English
