Cyber Strategy Enablement & Performance is accountable for realizing the strategic priorities that enables for Vestas' vision to be a global leader and trusted partner delivering reliable, resilient, and secure sustainable energy. The team is a part of the Cyber Strategy & Commercialization area under the Group CISO.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted security partner by liaising the security measures as required by our contemporary security management system that enables for strategic cyber realizations.
• Be a team player by utilizing your knowledge making key stakeholders across achieving needed endorsement of changes as required
• Be an advisor by guiding the relevant colleagues to achieve continuous effective and efficient security measures

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of security measures experience from international organizations
• Proven skills in communicating & enhancing security measures to management teams
• An empathic personality and business oriented approach are necessary to achieve success in this role

Competencies

• A positive ability to generate followers
• A good ability to catalyst & drive complex matters in an easy-to understand way at various org units and frameworks
• A good ability to be structured and to take on accountability
• An ability to leverage best practices and lessons learned from external organization and/or academic institutions dealing with measures of cyber strategic matters
