Your tasks

• Service and repair of air-to-water heat pumps at customer sites
• Regional customer care in Berlin/Brandenburg with fully equipped service van
• Close cooperation with planning, logistics and customer service teams
• Help design efficient, digital service processes

What you bring

• Vocational training e.g. as HVAC mechanic, refrigeration engineer; experience as service technician preferred
• Refrigeration certificate or willingness to obtain it (we cover all costs)
• Willingness to take part in on-call/emergency duty
• Previous heat-pump experience or interest in specialising
• Strong customer focus
• Team player who enjoys modern, digital work
