We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic recruiting professional to work closely with our Hiring Managers to proactively secure the best talent for our manufacturing facility based in Aalborg, Denmark

With a dual reporting line to the Plant Management and global Talent Acquisition, you will be critical in supporting recruiting activities in the facility, supporting hiring managers, and assisting with the transformation of the Talent Acquisition function in line with the global model.

This is a role where every day brings with it new challenges and opportunities, some of the core tasks include:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Be primary point of contact for recruiting activities on site
  • Provide market data insights to support hiring strategy
  • Evaluate and identify local opportunities for employer branding
  • Migrate current local recruiting practices to align with global recruitment practices
  • Train and develop managers on interviewing & hiring best practices
  • Define local sourcing strategy in line with SGRE being an employer of choice
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the current labour market trends, competitors and general recruiting trends and intelligence
  • Establish closer links with local education providers

What you need to make a difference

A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…

  • Demonstrable experience as a Talent Acquisition professional with experience gained from an inhouse, agency or RPO environment, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • An understanding of the local talent market, with the ability to tap into new talent pools.
  • Experience of applicant tracking systems.
  • Be comfortable operating in and support stakeholders through periods of complex business change.
  • You to have experience in sourcing and networking with candidates via multiple social media and channels.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to present market insights that drive and influence decision making in relation to talent availability and demand.
  • A great communicator, who can build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Customer orientated in managing and exceeding expectations.
  • Emotionally intelligent - Shows empathy, is self-aware and aware of how others are feeling.
  • A strong work ethic - Sets high standards and works diligently and quickly.
  • Curious - Has a genuine eagerness to understand, learn and try new things.
  • Self-motivated - Sees the big picture with a desire to achieve goals and succeed.
  • Excellent Danish and English language skills.
  • Experience with recruitment of blue collar workers, collective bargaining agreements and local agreements is an advantage.

Please note that this is a fixed term position with a duration of 12 months. Extension may be an option.
