Shape customer service for battery recycling from the ground up and join our team. This role involves leading and building customer management as well as continuously developing our service structures.
Your Responsibilities
- Build and enhance customer management and internal service processes
- Central customer contact: full order processing from initial inquiry through logistics coordination to invoicing
- Process optimization: design efficient, customer-oriented workflows with focus on documentation and deadline compliance
- Team leadership: guide and support the team in daily operations to deliver industry-leading service
Your Profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g. industrial clerk, office management) or degree in business administration
- Proven experience in the waste management sector, ideally in battery recycling or hazardous waste
- Willingness to challenge existing structures and develop new solutions
- Strong organizational skills, confident communication in German and English, even on complex regulatory issues
- Advanced MS-Office skills (especially Excel), experience with ERP/CRM systems, preferably Google Workspace and SAP
