Your tasks

• Schedule and confirm customer appointments by email or inbound phone support
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Build long-term customer relationships through empathetic communication and personal support
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processes

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Service-oriented, friendly personality
• Fluent German, written and spoken
• Structured, detail-oriented work style—flexible in office or home office
• Previous customer-service experience is a plus
