How to contribute to our vision

  • Support IT Admin team locally in Germany and in general in NE&ME region to ensure a high-quality delivery.
  • Manage Purchasing, Invoicing and collaboration with suppliers related to IT products and services.
  • Support smooth operations of IT hardware ordering process.
  • Drive change management and user adoption activities for emerging IT changes and projects.
  • Collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders to promote company ́s digitalization strategy and policies.
  • Provide new ideas to contribute to a new and modern way of working adapted to Siemens Gamesa business needs.
  • Good on: Commitment, initiative, timeliness of response, and teamwork

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for:

  • You are enrolled as a student of Business Administration, Business Informatics or similar from the 3rd semester
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Understanding of how people go through a change and the change process management principles
  • Your remaining study time is minimum 2 years
  • Ideally you have already collected some intercultural skills
  • Self-driven, takes ownership of the role
  • Fluency in English is a must, proficiency in German would be an advantage
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 main applications are fundamental to ensure the expected deliveries.
