Training location: Berlin (stores in: Mitte, Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, Prenzlauer Berg, Tegel, Kreuzberg, Schöneberg, Moabit, Friedrichshain)
Working hours: 37.5 h/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days/year

Monthly training salary (gross)

• Year 1: €1,290
• Year 2: €1,420
• Year 3 onwards: regular employee salary
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

4 IHK qualifications in 3 years

1. 2 years – Certified Retail Merchant (requirement: A-levels or equivalent)
   Content: sales, freshness checks, product & organic knowledge, ordering, inventory, marketing, staff scheduling; organic-farm field trips; theatre workshop “Adventure Culture”
2. 1 year – Certified Retail Management Specialist with early leadership responsibility
3. Additional certificate “Organic Food Retail Specialist” (year 3)
4. Trainer aptitude certificate (AEVO) (year 3)
