Retail Merchant Apprenticeship – Organic Supermarket (m/f/d) | Heilbronn 2026

During your 3-year retail merchant apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will rotate through every department – from purchasing and inventory to checkout, customer consulting and marketing. You present organic foods attractively, advise customers competently on sustainable products, organise ordering and storage processes and actively promote campaigns. You take responsibility for shelf and counter areas, cheese & bakery counter, bistro and back-office tasks.

Your responsibilities:

• Presentation and maintenance of the organic range
• Customer advice and sales as well as cashier duties
• Planning and implementation of promotional and seasonal campaigns
• Ordering, goods receipt, quality control and storage
• Working in all store departments (fruit & veg, cheese, bakery, bistro)
