Retail Sales Apprentice – Organic Market Töpen (2026)

During your 3-year retail apprenticeship at Denns BioMarket Töpen you will rotate through every department—from produce and cheese counters to the bistro and back office. You will learn to present organic products attractively, advise customers knowledgeably, operate the till, manage incoming goods and support promotional campaigns. Monthly gross pay: €1,200 (year 1), €1,250 (year 2), €1,300 (year 3). After successful graduation we offer you a permanent full-time position with further career opportunities.

Your tasks:

• Merchandising and maintenance of organic product areas
• Competent customer advice and sales
• Cash handling and reconciliation
• Receiving, checking and storing goods
• Planning and executing promotions and seasonal displays
• Supporting ordering and marketing processes

Your profile:

• minimum intermediate school-leaving certificate
