Retail Sales Apprenticeship / Vocational Training (m/f/d) – Mainz (2026)

During your 3-year vocational training as a Retail Sales Assistant (m/f/d) at Denns BioMarkt you will gain comprehensive insight into all areas of our organic supermarket – from goods receipt and storage to customer consultation, cashier duties and implementing promotional activities. You will actively support daily operations and take responsibility for shelves, fresh-food counters, bistro and back office. A key focus is expert advice on organic products, for which you will acquire in-depth knowledge via our e-learning platform “Wissen macht BIO”.

Your tasks:

• Presenting and maintaining our organic product range
• Advising and actively selling to customers
• Receiving, storing and preparing goods for sale
• Cash handling and reconciliation
• Assisting with marketing campaigns
