Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist (Email) you will guide customers through registration in our virtual power plant and ensure smooth processes between internal teams and external market partners.

• Monitor and control customer registration and ensure all requirements are met
• Proactively identify and solve issues to avoid delays
• Create status reports on registration progress and operational impact
• Communicate with internal departments and external partners for an efficient workflow
• Support the implementation of process improvements and strategic enhancements

Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree
• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience, preferably in customer service or back-office
• Structured, detail-oriented and reliable working style with high quality standards
• Strong communication skills, team spirit and enthusiasm for dynamic environments
• Native-level German and business-fluent English
