Customs Classification Specialist

You will work in a team responsible for classifying products with relevant customs information and for determining product origin.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Gather required classification data from SAP and technical departments (Engineering, R&D).
• Classify goods according to customs regulations, analysing all relevant technical attributes.
• Analyse supplier and trade-association documents to establish accurate country of origin.
• Calculate preferential and non-preferential origin and monitor related processes.
• Maintain origin settings and preference calculations for SE exports to EU preference countries.
• Identify improvement potential and actively participate in team development.

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of customs classification experience
• University degree in engineering, business, law or comparable qualification
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong MS Office skills; experience with SAP, MIC or similar customs/ERP systems preferred
• High accuracy, ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to travel 5–10 %
