Finance Internship – AP/AR

Responsibilities

Focus:

Support the accounting team in the Accounts Payable area.

• Process and record daily accounts-payable transactions.
• Ensure on-time payments to suppliers, inter-company entities and employees, including full approval.
• Enter business transactions correctly and promptly in the ERP system with complete documentation.
• Prepare supporting documents for month-end journal entries.
• Generate aged-payables reports and other ad-hoc analyses.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Minimum internship duration: 4 months.
