Key responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with Nordex safety protocols on site at all times
• Act as technical lead for wind-farm projects, coordinating Technical Advisors and subcontractors across all installation phases
• Work closely with Site and TA Managers to schedule and supervise turbine installation, quality targets and timelines
• Provide first-contact support for complex technical issues and troubleshooting
• Guarantee HSE compliance and proactively identify safety risks
• Deliver on-the-job training for new Technical Advisors and contractors
• Mentor team members to drive continuous competence development
• Participate in site meetings, prepare quality and progress reports
• Contribute to training material and process-improvement initiatives

Your profile

• min. 5 years supervisory experience in mechanical/electrical or construction sectors, preferably wind
• Technical degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, etc.) or equivalent professional experience
• Strong expertise in quality management and wind-turbine assembly
• Proficient in MS-Office and common project-management tools
• Valid driver’s licence and very high willingness to travel (> 80 %)
• Able to climb up to 122 m; physical fitness required (max. 120 kg)
• Fluent English; French highly preferred for Quebec; Spanish or German a plus
• Must be eligible to work in Canada – no sponsorship provided

Compensation
CAD 53–61/h plus up to 5 % bonus (≈ CAD 9,173–10,556 gross/month based on 40 h/week)
