Aftersales Representative (w/m/d)

Enpal is Germany’s first green unicorn and Europe’s flagship renewable-energy scale-up. Our goal: a solar system on every roof, a battery in every home, an EV in every garage. Since 2023 we have added heat pumps—over 1,000 installed last year with plans to multiply that five- to ten-fold in 2024. To do this we are building Europe’s largest direct-to-consumer heat-pump sales force.

Job Description

• Be the first point of contact for customers after the sales call and guide them to contract signing.
• Help customers apply for government subsidies and handle any post-sale paperwork.
• Build trust, keep customers informed and make sure they are perfectly prepared for the next step.
• Maintain accurate customer data in our CRM at all times.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience that turns buyers into Enpal fans.

Qualifications

• Efficient, conscientious and detail-oriented working style.
• Outgoing, likeable personality with excellent phone presence.
• Solution-focused mindset and a voice that inspires enthusiasm.
• Proven experience in telephone customer consultation and fluent German.
• Self-organised, structured and a strong team player.
• Performance-driven goal-setting combined with high quality standards.
