A Snapshot of Your Day

During the summer internship you will develop a project from ideation to a deliverable solution that helps our team create high-quality quotes. The program provides mentorship, soft- and technical-skill training, and networking to discover Siemens Energy and our Repair Center organization. You will see our products first-hand and learn about inspection and repair processes.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Interview project stakeholders, generate ideas, and refine the project proposal based on feedback
• Secure buy-in from key stakeholders and project sponsors
• Execute the project plan and provide a deliverable that meets stakeholder requirements, including an implementation roadmap

What You Bring

• Rising sophomore or junior, or first-year grad student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Office 365 preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated innovation and forward-thinking mindset through academic projects, internships, or extracurricular activities
• Minimum 3.2 GPA and relevant prior work experience

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with existing visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfer.
