Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Intelligent Energy Systems – 1KOMMA5° Kassel

As Sales Manager (m/f/d) you advise and sell our complete portfolio – PV, batteries, heat pumps, wallboxes and the energy-management system „Heartbeat“ – to single-family homeowners and small businesses. You schedule and prepare customer appointments and quotations independently, work with qualified leads and accompany clients from first contact to contract signing. Together with project coordination and site management you ensure smooth handovers and steer every project to a successful close, while contributing your own ideas to optimize our sales processes.

Your profile:

• Strong sales drive or first experience selling complex products to private customers, ideally PV/heat pumps
• Communicative, empathetic personality with transparent customer dialogue
• Basic technical understanding and ability to explain complex matters clearly
• Desire for continuous development in a dynamic industry
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken
