Your responsibilities:

• Consult and sell our complete product portfolio (PV, storage, heat pumps, wallboxes, „Heartbeat“ energy management) to single-family homeowners and small commercial businesses
• Independently schedule customer appointments and prepare proposals
• Work with pre-qualified leads provided by the 1KOMMA5° Group
• Guide customers from first contact to contract signing and collaborate with project coordination and construction management for smooth handover
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes in your region

Your profile:

• Initial sales experience or strong motivation to start; experience with complex consumer products preferred (PV/heat pumps a plus)
• Strong communication skills, empathy and transparent customer approach
• Technical understanding and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Willingness to learn and passion for energy topics
• Business-fluent German (written & spoken)
