Your tasks

• Technical support in order management
• Independent on-site service and finishing work for customers
• Acceptance and quality inspection of subcontractor sites incl. documentation
• Digital follow-up documentation of all work performed
• Close collaboration with the team to optimize processes
• Occasional customer service assignments and technical consultations

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship in plumbing & heating or plant mechanics (heating technology)
• Field service experience, ideally with heating and heat-pump systems
• Confident handling of hydraulic and electronic components
• Structured, customer-focused and self-reliant working style
• Driving licence class B and willingness to take part in on-call duty
