Team Assistant (f/m/d) – Part-time 80 %

Role offered as part-time 80 % (30 hours/week).

Your responsibilities

• End-to-end travel management: booking, visas, expense reports and reimbursement
• Visitor reception & event support: plan and deliver internal/external workshops and customer events via HRS/Meetago
• Administration: office & IT-equipment procurement, expense accounting, data maintenance in SAP and related tools
• Reliable assistance to managers and close collaboration within an international team

Your profile

• Vocational training in office management, business administration or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience as team/executive assistant or in a back-office function; proficient in MS Office
• SAP knowledge and familiarity with travel-cost, purchasing and directory processes welcome
• Fluency in German and English, strong organisational talent and proactive service mindset
