Working Student (f/m/d) Training Support & Learning Administration

Your contribution – Your tasks

As part of the Digital Academy team you actively support the development of a user-centred learning ecosystem. You coordinate global training activities, prepare works-council submissions and take on tasks related to apprentices and dual students.

• Prepare and structure documents for works-council submissions (e.g. training approvals, process descriptions)
• Coordinate with international training owners to gather required information
• Support apprentices and dual students: communication, scheduling, documentation
• Maintain training-related content on SharePoint and other internal platforms
• Create and update presentations and overviews for learning and onboarding topics

What you bring

• Enrolled in Business Administration, HR, Education, Communication or similar with at least one year of study remaining
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Structured, detail-oriented and reliable way of working
• Interest in Learning & Development and training coordination
• Very good MS Office skills and ability to work independently
• Proactive mindset, curiosity and willingness to learn, enjoying collaboration in an international environment
