Your training salary

Varies by federal state, minimum:

• Year 1: €1,290/month gross
• Year 2: €1,420/month gross
• Year 3: regular employee salary
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

What to expect

• 4 IHK qualifications in 3 years
• Additional certificate „Organic Food Retail“ and trainer aptitude (AEVO) in year 3
• Practical experience on organic farms or in organic production companies
• In-depth product knowledge about organic food and the Alnatura range
• Management responsibility already in the 3rd year
