Executive Assistant to IT Division Head (f/m/d)

Shape the future of the energy industry and join the IT team of the Nuclear Division. In this versatile role you support the IT unit with administrative tasks and cross-divisional projects while acting as the direct assistant to the Head of IT – Nuclear Division, ensuring his working day runs efficiently and smoothly.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Handle administrative and organisational duties: calendar, e-mail triage, prioritisation and follow-up.
• Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, workshops and events.
• Prepare minutes, presentations and speeches.
• Manage business travel: flights, hotels and rental cars.
• Support cost-controlling and invoice processing.
• Process access formalities for employees and external partners at all divisional sites.

Profile & Requirements

• Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
• Several years’ experience in an assistant role preferred; IT-assistant background is a plus.
• Confident with MS Office, Teams and SharePoint.
• Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2) desirable.
