Retail Sales Apprenticeship (m/f/d) – Bergisch Gladbach (2026)

During your three-year retail sales apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will get to know every commercial and operational area of our organic supermarket. You will present goods, advise customers expertly on organic products, operate the checkout, organise ordering and storage processes, and assist with promotional activities. Shelves, fresh-food counters, bistro and back office are all part of your training area.

Your tasks:

• attractive presentation of our organic foods
• expert, friendly customer advice
• cashier duties and balancing
• implementing promotional campaigns
• organising ordering, goods receipt, checks and storage
• supporting sales promotions and seasonal displays

• good school-leaving certificate, preferably intermediate level
• enjoy dealing with people
• strong team skills
