Retail Management Apprenticeship (m/f/d) - Sylt (2026)

During your 3-year retail management apprenticeship you will explore every area of our organic market – from goods receipt and customer consultation to cash reconciliation. You will present premium organic foods attractively, advise customers expertly on natural products, organise orders, warehousing and promotions, and take responsibility in the bakery & cheese counter, bistro and back office.

Your tasks:

• Appealing presentation of premium organic foods
• Competent, friendly customer advice
• Cash handling and reconciliation
• Planning and executing advertising & sales campaigns
• Ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• Supporting seasonal placements and promotions

What you bring:

• Good school record, preferably intermediate school-leaving certificate
• Enjoy dealing with people and excellent manners
• Strong team spirit, commitment and sense of responsibility
• Interest in organic and natural products
