Your responsibilities

• End-to-end supervision and control of your roof teams at construction sites throughout your region
• Quality assurance and evaluation of completed work, including feedback, training and rework if required
• Training new teams (typically 1 foreman and 2 installers m/f/d) in PV roof installation
• Liaising with 1KOMMA5° branches, project coordination and installation management
• Helping to standardize workflows and continuously improve installation processes
• Material planning, job preparation and daily organization of your installation crews

Your profile

• Completed technical or craft training, ideally in roofing, electrical or PV trades
• Proven experience mounting photovoltaic systems, especially DC-side roof work
• First leadership or coordination experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent and hands-on mentality
• Willingness to travel within the region and a class B driving licence
