Job Description

• Overall AC responsibility: Ensure safe, on-time and high-quality AC installation across all assigned large-scale sites.
• Hands-on work: During your first year you will work actively on site – from full system installation to commissioning – gaining direct practical experience.
• AC planning & coordination: Independently plan, order and monitor AC components across multiple projects.
• Site management & project leadership: After onboarding, take full responsibility for construction execution of large-scale PV plants (AC & DC).
• Communication & interface management: Guarantee seamless information flow between customers, project management and on-site team; solve issues proactively.

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship as electrician
• High willingness to travel with weekly overnight stays (Mon–Thu)
• Driving license class B
• Experience with PV systems advantageous
• Independent, solution-oriented working style
