Commercial Project Manager (f/m/d)

Your area of responsibility

As Commercial Project Manager you will take full commercial responsibility for complex switchgear projects in the German market, acting as the key interface between customers, suppliers, consortium partners and internal management.

• End-to-end commercial project execution incl. budget responsibility and adherence to contractual requirements
• Pro-active contract and claim management as well as enforcement of customer and supplier claims
• Negotiation and management of customer and supply contracts including change-order management
• Coordination of all commercial work packages with internal departments and external partners
• Regular site visits and on-site negotiations
• Continuous optimisation of workflows and digital tools

Your qualifications

• Degree in business administration, industrial or commercial engineering, or completed commercial training with relevant professional experience
• Several years of proven experience in the commercial management of complex industrial projects
• Sound knowledge of business KPIs, cost-to-complete analyses and risk management
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex contract negotiations with industrial customers and suppliers
• Excellent written and spoken German and English; negotiation skills on C-level
• Strong customer, results and team orientation combined with high willingness to travel
