Job Description

• You are the first point of contact after the sale and guide customers to contract signing.
• You help with subsidy applications and ensure smooth processes.
• You build close customer relationships and prepare clients for the next steps.
• You keep all data clean in our CRM system.
• You deliver outstanding service, turn customers into Enpal fans.

Qualifications

• Efficient, reliable and detail-oriented work style
• Confident, engaging phone presence
• Experience in phone-based customer consulting, excellent German skills
• Solution-focused mindset, team spirit, high quality standards
