To strengthen our team we are looking for an Electrical Foreman/Forewoman (w/m/d) with organizational talent, a sense of responsibility and hands-on mentality to efficiently manage our operational processes and project teams in Berlin.

Job Description

• Personnel responsibility for project managers who coordinate our electricians at the Berlin-Dahlewitz site
• Responsibility for PV finishing work, electrical preparatory work for heat pumps and service assignments for existing customers
• Analysis and continuous optimization of all processes to ensure smooth project execution
• Coordination with grid operators and development of individual solutions for technical special cases
• Structured stakeholder management and close cooperation with other specialist departments
• Promotion of the professional and personal development of employees

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering
• Completed further training as a master craftsman in electrical engineering or as an industrial foreman including TREI certificate
• Several years of professional experience in the construction environment and initial leadership experience
• Experience in coordinating with grid operators, ideally knowledge of photovoltaics and heat pumps
• Hands-on mentality and confident demeanor in dynamic structures
• Very good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
