Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff leadership and development
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• On-boarding of trainees and new employees
• Inventory control
• Proper product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an impeccable store appearance

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in food retail, preferably organic
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoy selling and strong customer focus
• Initial leadership experience, e.g. as shift supervisor or daily deputy
• Self-initiative and high sense of responsibility
