Key Responsibilities

  • Enforce Nordex safety protocols on every site.
  • Act as lead technical authority on projects; coordinate Technical Advisors and subcontractors.
  • Partner with Site & TA Managers to uphold quality, schedule and HSE targets.
  • Primary contact for complex installation issues and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Drive HSE compliance and proactive hazard mitigation.
  • Deliver on-the-job training to Technical Advisors and contractors.
  • Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Run site meetings, compile technical reports and support hand-over processes.
  • Track project progress, identify risk and implement corrective actions.
  • Contribute to training material and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years mechanical/electrical/construction supervision; wind-farm experience preferred.
  • Technical degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Expert knowledge of wind-turbine assembly and QA/QC processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project-management software.
  • Valid driver’s licence; willingness to travel extensively (>80%), including overseas.
  • Physical fitness: climb 400 ft towers, lift 100 lbs, work in confined spaces and all weather.
  • Meet OSHA/ANSI weight limit of 250–300 lbs for site access.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.
  • Fluent English; passport required.

  • Strict adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Pro-active identification and mitigation of hazards.
  • Correct use of PPE (hard hat, safety boots, eye & hearing protection, etc.).
  • Effective communication in English for safety-critical information.

Compensation & Benefits
